StilL 630 2nd Shift Brewery Collab Whiskey

Like all of Still 630's Brewery Collaboration Series whiskies, this spirit started off as a great batch of actual beer at the brewery. Which they then took, distilled, and aged into an actual whiskey that's wild and wildly good.

This particular whiskey was born as a delicious IPA brewed by 2nd Shift Brewing. Still 630 took the beer, double-distilled it, and aged it in new oak barrels to create a malt whiskey like no other. Showcasing the perfected fusion of hops and whiskey barrels, this is the essence of the Brewery Collaboration Series. Wild. Weird. And awesome.

NOSE
Bright oak notes jump off first then you notice warm cereal grain with undertones of cooler beer yeast.

PALATE
As if a hop exploded. There is brightness, blossoming pine and floral notes covering clover honey with strong spicy berries on the finish.  And somehow it's oddly refreshing.  You will go back for more.
