The nose is earthy and beefy with a touch of broth, mushrooms, a subtle touch of cardamom, and a nice oakiness. The taste has a good balance of baking spices, grapefruit, kiwi fruit, and a touch of orange peel, with hints of linseed oil, lemon furniture polish, oiled leather, and toasted marshmallow.
