Anselmo Vermouth di Torino Bianco
White vermouth was born at the beginning of the 20th century. Compared to red vermouth, here the tension between sweet and bitter ends with a straight prevalence of sweet notes. On the palate, Anselmo Bianco is an explosion of elder flowers, vanilla and citrus fruits. Perfect served in an old-fashioned glass with ice and a lemon peel, or in the most classical cocktails.
