Penelope Founders Reserve represents the distillery's passion for discovering and sharing truly special whiskey. Aged 13 years, this year’s release is a bourbon shaped by time and patience in the barrel.

It’s a bourbon that’s been given the space to develop real character. Blended from the Master Blender’s favorite mash-bill, every barrel was chosen for the story it tells, brought together to create a bourbon worth sharing.

AROMA
Deep caramel, vanilla, dark cherry, orange peel, and oak.

BODY
Rich butterscotch, brown sugar, baking spice, and roasted pecan.

FINISH
Caramelized sugar, dark chocolate, and seasoned oak fade to gentle rye spice and tobacco.

Mash bill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley
