Black Maple Hill 11yr Blue Label Bourbon

Black Maple Hill 11 Year is a revived, limited-edition 95-proof Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey reintroduced by Rare Character Whiskey Co.

After gaining legendary status in the early 2000s for exceptional sourced stock (such as old Stitzel-Weller and Heaven Hill) and later faltering with young Oregon-distilled batches, the brand was acquired and revitalized by Rare Character.

Known as the blue-label release, it features long-aged Kentucky stocks bottled at 95 Proof.

NOSE
Dark caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, brown sugar, citrus peel, dried cherry, leather, and baking spice.

PALATE
Rich layers of toffee, vanilla, seasoned oak, maple, dried fruit, cinnamon, cocoa, orange zest, and a soft rye spice.

FINISH
Long, balanced, and smooth with lingering caramel, oak, and gentle pepper.
