Union Horse Bottled in Bond Reserve Straight Bourbon

Bottled in Bond Reserve Straight Bourbon is distilled from a sour mash recipe of corn and rye. Handcrafted in a 500-gallon, column pot still (lovingly known as “Chester Copperpot” who is also featured on the bottle) using only traditional methods and then aged to perfection in signature oak barrels in a bonded warehouse. The whiskey is bottled at a strength of 50% ABV. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, cinnamon spice, and dark fruit.

Aged for 6 years and non-chill filtered. Each bottle is hand numbered and signed by Master Distiller & Co-Founder Patrick Garcia.
