Sheffield Very Dry Sherry

Very dry domestic sherry from Sheffield Cellars in California which is owned by Gallo. A very dry sherry is less sweet, paler and lighter than other sherries and has a nutty, yeasty flavor. Good served chilled as an aperitif.
