Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with orange and ground cinnamon.

PALATE
Dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with a hint of oak and vanilla sweetness.

FINISH
Long with dried fruits, ginger and oak.
