Fernet Francisco Manzanilla is crafted by infusing a blend of aromatic herbs and botanicals for three weeks in locally sourced grape brandy using stainless steel fermenters. Simultaneously, a bold chamomile tea is distilled in an Arnold Holstein pot still, then used to adjust the infusion to the desired alcohol level. The final product delivers a concentrated chamomile essence accented by a hint of mint and a well-balanced bitter finish. Classified as a bitter, Manzanilla stands out as the driest fernet available, containing only 3 grams of residual sugar per liter.
