This expression distinguishes itself through restraint. Rather than the bright citrus and fruit-forward character typical of Tobala mezcals, El Mero Mero reveals a more nuanced profile: grapefruit pith, buttermilk, and sarsaparilla notes layered beneath a distinctly creamy mouthfeel.
