Overbrook Bourbon
Distilled from a mash bill comprised of 78% Corn, 12% Malted Barley and 10% Rye. The barrels are toasted to a #3 Char Level to impart a balanced experience imparting notes of vanilla and creamy caramel on the nose and palate. The distillate enters the barrels at 125 proof and after 4 years is carefully blended with one of the finest water sources in the country.
