Aelred L'Herboriste Coiron Jaune
A cheerful and sunshine-hued liquor from the legendary Aelred Distillery in central France, created using a blend of fifty different plants, blooms, barks, and spices that are infused, macerated, and ultimately distilled. Sweetened with honey and aged in barrels, this unique herbal liqueur follows the original recipes crafted by the monastery's monks with meticulous care. An excellent alternative to yellow Chartreuse, which served as its inspiration.
