Letterpress Limoncello
The traditional method used to create Letterpress Limoncello includes real lemons and zero artificial coloring, which is rare in most commercial limoncello nowadays. Furthermore, instead of using simple syrup, the distillers decided to sweeten the drink with honey from the Pacific Northwest, a nod to the roots of limoncello. In the past, Italians used honey to sweeten their drinks before refined sugar became easily accessible. After trying out honey and appreciating its added depth and better consistency, the distillery was hooked and never looked back.
