Kagatsuru Umeshu
The brewers from Kanazawa, Japan used local plums to craft this beautiful umeshu. The plums are a bit more tart than usual, so expect a healthy dose of tartness with undercurrents of sweetness. Drink on its own or serve as a cocktail base.
