Driftless Glen Small Batch Bourbon

Driftless Glen Distillery, located along the Baraboo River in Wisconsin, distills their bourbon from locally sourced grains, and ages it for a minimum of two years before bottling it at 96 proof. This Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is Driftless Glen's flagship spirit. These small batches consist of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by company distillers, and are combined together. Balanced and full-bodied, this small batch of carefully selected barrels is non-chill filtered to preserve its subtle spice and notes of caramel and vanilla.

"Orange, lemon peel, iced tea, cinnamon, and blueberry jam aromas are undercut by earthy notes of mulch, chili powder, cracked corn, and dill. Oak leads the flavor parade, but is well-tempered by raspberry, pomegranate, cinnamon, orange, licorice, walnuts, and black pepper.
