Bizzarro is a classic bitter aperitivo made by infusing citrus fruits and botanicals in organically grown, skin fermented white wine, fortified with neutral grape spirit. Its subtle balance of bitter, sweet and aromatic makes it perfect in a spritz with sparkling wine, on the rocks, or served with a dash of soda.

Mildly bitter, subtly sweet, wildly refreshing. Bizzarro is a small batch, hand made and all natural aperitivo that evokes la dolce vita with an Aussie twang.

Michael Chiem, or “MC” to those who know him, is the owner and decorated cocktail creator behind much loved Sydney bar PS-40. MC created the unique and insanely delicious Bizzarro.
