Martin Codax Albarino

Martin Codax Albarino

___

Martin Codax Albarino is known as "the wine of the sea" because of the Vineyards' proximity to the nearby Atlantic Ocean. Albarino thrives in the rain and mists of the Rias Baixas Denominacion de Origen (DO) in Northwestern Spain. Martin Codax was named after the 13th century troubadour whose romantic works are still sung locally. This crisp, elegant wine has notes of pear, passion fruit, and apple.
