Switchgrass Single Malt

Several years ago, Switchgrass began experimenting with malted barley, leading to the creation of their newest release, Switchgrass Single Malt whiskey. This whiskey showcases the distillery's commitment to craft beer brewing traditions and offers a unique and limited ingredient-forward flavor profile. Using traditional beer brewing malts, this American single malt whiskey features hints of tart cherry, chocolate, and fresh bread, with warm vanilla notes from two years of aging in Missouri White Oak barrels. The distillery plans to continue experimenting with different malted barley varieties, releasing a new and distinctive American single malt every year.
