The Still Austin Single Barrel Whiskey program is a premium offering for select partners that gives them the opportunity to share a one-of-a-kind spirit to customers not available anywhere else. Each barrel is hand selected for its unique and desirable characteristics. Partners are given access to these select barrels, to sample and select their favorite. Still Austin then bottles the selection at cask strength.

When one chooses from Still Austin's barrels, they are selecting from some of the most exceptional whiskey in the nation. The spirits, distilled in a 50-foot column still that was hand-built in Scotland, are crafted solely from Texas-grown grains. After that, the bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years in casks made from sustainably grown American oak, expertly charred to allow the spirits to absorb and release flavors from the wood.
