The Old Elk Infinity Blend (2023 Release) is an annual, limited-edition release crafted by Master Distiller Greg Metze. Taking inspiration from the "infinity bottle" tradition, it combines older, matured whiskeys with a portion of the previous year's batch.

NOSE
Rich aromas of browned butter, caramel, and vanilla mixed with unbaked dough, dried fruit, citrus, and baking spices.

PALATE
Creamy and viscous with sweet notes of orange slices, marzipan, baking spice, nutty toffee, and white pepper.

FINISH
A gentle balance of sweet and spice with a lingering, lengthy warmth.
