This proprietary pure expression is elevated through an innovative, trademarked aging program inspired by traditional French wine methods. The organic flavor is the result of patience. This tequila is aged for 23 months to develop its distinctive color, aromas, and tasting notes. A Platinum Award winner and blind taste test champion, it boasts an impressive 98-point rating.

Tasting notes include caramelized agave, roasted marshmallow, cacao, warm spice, toasted oak, and anise.

The agave is grown 8,000 feet above sea level in the heart of the Golden Triangle in Los Altos de Jalisco, where the optimal climate produces exceptionally sweet, chemical-free Blue Weber agave.
