Formerly known as Plantation Rum, Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum is the brand's first product under the new name.
Planteray was set to make a rum with 100% natural coconut sourced from local farmers. After four years of experiments, they found the perfect formula. The exquisite marriage of two icons from Caribbean culture offers a perfect ratio: one coconut per litre of rum. Quite a challenging recipe when a coconut tree only yields about 45 fruits each year.
Coconuts, picked fully ripe, are cut into small chunks and left to dry gently to preserve the most concentrated flavors, then infused into the Barbados rum.
