Jaffurs State Street Syrah Central Coast 2021

The 2021 is Jaffurs winery's inaugural release of their new second label, “State Street”. The State Street Syrah combines fruit from some of their favorite vineyard sites along with components from new sites they’ve more recently discovered on the Central Coast. The result of multiple rounds of blending trials, the nose shows dense notes of plum, dark chocolate, mulberry, and pepper, with hints of fresh herb and freshly ground coffee. Soft, round and rich on the palate, this wine is made for immediate pleasure, but will continue to evolve for 3-4 more years and hold for several years longer.
