Fruit sourced exclusively from Dowie Doole's two McLaren Vale Estate Vineyards; the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs and the ancient rocks of Tatachilla is used to produce the Dowie Doole Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Special sites in their own right, each Vineyard contributes unique characters to the finished wine.
