World Whiskey Society 7yr Doc Holliday Bourbon

The nose of this whiskey reveals a pleasant depth of spice, showcasing strong notes of cloves, barrel char, and anise. As the first rush subsides, the flavor profile shifts to a bold barbecue beef quality, accented by a generous amount of black pepper. While the aroma is intensely savory, the palate features a sweeter side, with hints of vanilla, maple, and brown butter. In the background, coconut makes a subtle appearance, followed by a bold finish of cinnamon, nutmeg, and red fruit, some of which is dried. Overall, this whiskey offers a unique and flavorful experience, reminiscent of vanilla cake frosting.

Featuring a brass steer skull attached to the front label and a stopper embossed with six faux bullets embedded into the top, mimicking a revolver cylinder.
