NOSE
Dry yet mild, with gentle prickle and inviting honeyed spice. The cask influence imparts rich, sweet-spicy depth to fresh maritime aromas — sea breeze, sand dunes, seaweed and citrus. A hint of hessian develops, while a drop of water introduces a subtle oily note and sweetens the nose.

Medium

PALATE
Smooth and creamy, with sweet tinned peaches and warming spice. Already well balanced, a drop of water mellows and adds salt, spiciness and a cooling mouthfeel.

FINISH
A good length, finishing warmly spicy.
