This double oaked, bottled-in-bond bourbon is an exceptional blend. By taking high rye bourbon from the Spring of 2018 and rebarreling it into new toasted and charred American Oak barrels for over 2 years, the distillery achieved a unique and rich experience at 7 years total age.

The nose is inviting, with aromas of walnut, bright cherry, butterscotch, and caramel. As it opens up and builds on the palate, layers of apricot, gentle spice, citrus, and candied nuts develop. The finish is dark and buttery, with hints of fruit. The extended double oaked maturation gives a great texture and tannin at 100 proof.
