Hamilton Café Carib Coffee Liqueur is crafted with a curated Northshore roast profile of estate-grown Nicaraguan coffee imported by Thrive Farmers, a partner committed to paying producers a living wage. The liqueur was developed in response to bartenders, retailers, and consumers seeking a coffee liqueur that balances lower sweetness with higher alcohol content. The coffee extract is produced through meticulous roasting and high-concentration brewing, then blended with Worthy Park Estate Jamaican Rum at Five & 20 Spirits. More than a dozen skilled artisans contributed their expertise to create this distinctive liqueur.
