Chairman's Reserve 2009 Vintage Rum

A unique blend of 11 year old rums from pot stills (John Dore 2 & Vendome) and a Coffey still. The rums are aged independently for 11 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being expertly blended by head blender, Deny Duplessis. They are then reintroduced to the oak for a few more months in order to perfectly incorporate.

COLOR
Vibrant golden brown color.

NOSE
Intense honeyed raisin nose with toffee, banana, vanilla, and tobacco tones.

PALATE
Concentrated and powerful palate with sweet candied tropical fruits, tobacco, and spices. Buttery toasted oak gives structure and depth as well as a smooth complex finish of leather and dark chocolate.
