Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof is crafted from Iowa corn, aged in char #3 barrels and non-chill filtered. All barrels are aged in non-climate-controlled rickhouses, where Midwest weather exposes them to temperature swings of over 100 degrees each year – resulting in a unique flavor profile that can’t be achieved in other climates.
