Castle & Key Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon marks the long-awaited debut of the distillery’s first wheated bourbon bottled at full barrel strength. Distilled, aged, and bottled at the historic Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, this small-batch expression captures the brand’s dedication to balance, precision, and tradition. 

Made from a mash bill of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% white winter wheat, this bourbon replaces rye with wheat to create a softer, creamier mouthfeel. Aged for seven years in new charred American oak barrels and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 108.2 proof (54.1% ABV), it delivers a full-bodied character defined by sweet grain, fruit, and spice in perfect harmony.

Golden amber with bronze edges.

NOSE
Orange zest, brûléed peach, toasted pastry, and warm vanilla bean.

PALATE
Baked apple, honey graham cracker, nutmeg, and roasted walnut balanced by subtle oak and malt sweetness.

FINISH
Long, silky, and warming with notes of brown sugar, chai spice, and dried fruit.
