COLOR
Deep amber glow throughout with shimmering highlights of gold and yellow

NOSE
Bold notes of grain, alcohol, and char present first, then roll into softer notes of fresh cut hay and baking spices

TASTE
A warm burst of flavors hits the pallet; first a strong rye spice stands out and is immediately followed by oak char and smokey tannic notes

FINISH
A warmness maintains as oak and spice flavors are still present, lightly lingering, then evaporate quickly for a short but memorable finish
