Bimini Coconut Gin
The creators of Bimini Coconut gin were inspired to create this new flavor after observing their friends frequently pair the gin with coconut and other tropical flavors. Bimini Coconut Gin is created by infusing all-natural coconut into the original gin to create a taste best described as “Bimini on Vacation.”
Unlike many flavored spirits, Bimini Coconut does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil is used in a process known as “fat washing.” The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with Bimini original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with other botanicals.
