Whiskey Acres Straight Rye Whiskey

This "high" rye (75% rye) is aged at least 3 years and is for those who prefer their whiskey with a bit of a spice. Whiskey Acres grows and distills a very specific varietal of rye that has a very soft white pepper finish. When complimented with the vanilla and butterscotch notes that come from the corn, it’s no wonder it was named the 2019 “Best Whiskey of the State” in IL at the Heartland Spirits Competition.

Mash bill: 75% rye and 25% corn

43.5% ABV - 87 Proof
