Switchgrass Spirits Double Cask Rye
This double casked rye whiskey was a special collaboration between Switchgrass Spirits and Third Wheel Brewing (located in St. Peters, MO). Switchgrass aged their sweet mashed rye for three years in traditionally charred white barrels and then transferred the liquid to a stout cask from Third Wheel Brewing.
With a strong whiskey start and a velvety smooth finish, at 95 Proof, this unique hybrid is sure to please.
Each bottle is hand-numbered and only 30 cases were made available to Missouri retailers.
