In 1810, Abraham Overholt began distilling Rye Whiskey in Western Pennsylvania, and Rye has been the company's focus ever since. Old Overholt is one of the oldest cornerstones of American Rye Whiskey.

This Rye is non-chill filtered, which gives the whiskey a richer, fuller flavor. In cold temperatures, the whiskey may appear cloudy or have visible particles which is both normal and natural.
