Featuring a mash bill of 51% rye, 45% corn, and 4% malted barley, it is a more approachable and softer cask strength rye whiskey compared to traditional higher rye mash bills. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in 53-gallon new charred American oak barrels, this variant ranges from 112-120 proof depending on the batch. The nose dances between rye spice and sweet corn with delectable oak undertones. On the palate, the rye character, sweetness, and proof transition beautifully to long finish of Bing cherry and sweet caramel popcorn.
