This expressive Saison was inspired by some of Melvin Eureka's favorite natural wines. It retains structure from tannins while remaining soft, layered, and fruit forward. You'll also find pleasing minerality, a strong level of carbonation and moderate acidity which enhances its drinkability. Enjoy notes of strawberry jam spread onto sourdough bread, fresh strawberry lemonade and barnyard funk.
