The Jrny Canadian Whisky

___
We are all walking our own unique journey, and everyone experiences the unexpected twists and turns that life can take. Life is complex, but at the end of the day, life is about the people you meet, the places you go and the experiences along the way. It’s about sharing, learning, and growing through both the good times and the bad. You aren’t always going to win, but you should enjoy the JRNY and embrace the vital lessons taken from every experience. JRNY Whisky is the perfect accompaniment along the way.

It all starts with the use of 100% Canadian grown rye grain. The use of 100% grown Canadian rye is aged 4 years to shape the taste and flavor profile. While most distillers work with 6-12 columns, the JRNY uses 21 plate columns to leave all spirits with a cleaner and purer finish. This whisky is 5 times distilled through to remove all harsh and any unwanted aftertaste. The JRNY is the output of a Single pot still distillation in a 1000L Copper Pot. This process keeps all the flavors in from the high strength that comes from through from the small batch, hand crafted wash. The JRNY is then placed within a used Caribbean Rum for an additional three months for color and flavor. The use of an oak barrel allows for the JRNY to be finished with a light scent with aromas of oak, vanilla, and caramel. As well as sweet and lightly spicy characteristics of a classic Canadian rye whisky. The finish is clean with oaky spice and smooth tannin, that will leave your mouth with a bold, smooth, honey coat feels.
