Nulu Toasted French Oak Stave Small Batch Bourbon
This French oak bourbon is a blend of high rye bourbon that was finished with toasted French oak staves. The nose has abundant maple syrup and powdered sugar notes. The sweet oak on the nose communicates well on the palate. The initial sweetness brings vanilla and toff, that then cascades to oil and tannin. The finish builds with chocolate, char and rye spice. This is a full bodied pour at barrel proof.
