Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111: Tennessee High Malt

Cask 111 is the unfiltered, single batch expression of the distillery's signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - a rich, malt-forward approach to bourbon. Comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains, each 6-10 barrel lot has been selected to highlight the subtle batch-to-batch variation of this distinctly cask-forward bourbon.

Chocolate covered cherry, toasted coconut and cinnamon. Full bodied with a warming, malty finish.

Mash Bill: Yellow Corn, Malted Rye, Caramel Malted Barley & Honey Malted Barley
