The Whistler Bodega Cask Irish Whiskey
The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from The Whistler's partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.
NOSE
Stewed dark fruits, leather, chocolate and tobacco on the fore with citrus peel and caramel undertones.
PALATE
Oily mouthfeel with leather, spices, dried figs and sultanas, coupled with bitter chocolate and dry citrus peel.
FINISH
A long, lingering, dry mouthfeel with dried fruits and maltiness remaining.
