North Shore Gin No. 11
For North Shore Gin No. 11, which is an ode to traditional London Dry gin, North Shore Distillery created a spirit with abundant fresh juniper, accented by fresh citrus and spice. While unlike any other gin on the market, No. 11 has a classically warm round nose, and an unmistakable dry gin flavor.
Based on a traditional London Dry Gin profile, but made with North Shore's own twist – they hand prepare a range of herbs and botanicals for each batch of gin, including abundant juniper, accents of hand-grated fresh lemon peel, and small quantities of a few classic gin spices.
North Shore Distillery infuses the botanicals for varying lengths of time depending on their particular characteristics, and then distills them through Ethel the Still using a slow, meticulous process that enables them to create fresh, bright flavors.
