Guardian Newsprint Syrah 2019
The vineyard's own plantings on Red Mountain have produced a first-rate Syrah. Despite being young, this wine boasts impressive depth and structure. Notes of ripe Red Mountain fruit are complemented by savory gamey meat and green-olive tapenade, with a touch of whole cluster and a 50% stem-back for added texture.
