Knob Creek Cask Strength Straight Rye Whiskey
When Booker Noe fathered the small batch bourbon movement over two decades ago, he created Knob Creek to restore the standards of pre-prohibition style whiskey. In 2012, Knob Creek Rye launched and helped to revive the rye category from the downturn it had experienced since before Prohibition. In 2018 with the category thriving once again, Knob Creek is proud to present an LTO that adds to the award-winning pedigree built since then.
Knob Creek Cask Strength Rye is an unfiltered whiskey that lives up to the designation pre-prohibition style. All of the rye in this bottling was barreled in 2010 and aged in Warehouse A in Frankfort, KY, the oldest standing rackhouse built in 1915 on any Jim Beam property. True to its roots, this is the boldest rye in Knob Creek's portfolio to date and an embodiment of the style Booker set out to create 26 years ago.
