Highland Park 21yr Single Malt Scotch

Deliciously fruity and deep, the Highland Park 21 is crafted from just 48 casks—25 first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak quarter casks, 15 refill butts and 8 first-fill, sherry-seasoned European hogsheads. By combining three different cask types, Highland Park's Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion has created a superb single malt Scotch whisky with a natural deep copper color direct from the cask that’s both satisfyingly rich and intriguingly complex.

Layers upon complex layers of flavor. Creamy sweetness of crème brûlée on the nose with notes of cloudy honey and crumbled cinnamon. On the palate, apricot compote mingles with crushed almonds and lime zest. The finish has a lingering tang of smoked lemons and subtle smoke from our Orkney heathered peat.
