Faust Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
The defining characteristics of Faust come from the backbone of fruit sourced from the winery's own Coombsville Estate, complemented by grapes from hillside and cooler regions of the Napa Valley. This combination of fruit sourcing delivers the unmistakable richness and fruit intensity of their Cabernet Sauvignon. Through relentless exploration, Faust's winemakers are always in pursuit of the undeniable quality and unique style, fitting of a modern Napa Valley classic.
Aromas of Chocolate and black cherry are complemented with layers of savory black cherry tart and notes of tarragon. Faust’s bright acidity is combined with mineral notes and fine grained tannins resulting in a long memorable finish.

Lush, with boysenberry, plum and blackberry compote flavors liberally laced with licorice snap and sweet spice accents. Reveals a glimmer of graphite on the finish to keep it honest. For the hedonist crowd.

Cedar, black cherries and loam appear on the nose of Faust's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, while the medium to full-bodied palate is welcoming and supple. Almost creamy in texture, it's an excellent, early-drinking Cab with soft tannins. Enjoy it over the next decade. Best After 2023.

Blackberry, blackcurrant, graphite and tar aromas. Crushed stone, too. Full-bodied, yet firm, fresh and bright with a creamy, crunchy finish. One of the best values in Napa appellation designated reds.
