Botanica Spiritvs Barrel Finished Gin

Rooted in a tradition dating back to the 10th century, this Barrel Finished Gin starts with a base of Northern California grape brandy. Unlike vapor-infused gins, its herbal profile harmonizes with the grape essence, creating a distinctive character. The gin undergoes maturation for at least 8 months in freshly toasted French and American oak barrels. Employing a semi-solera method, the distillery artfully blends portions from barrels at varying stages of aging to enhance complexity and depth. The result is an elegant fusion of brandy and gin, offering refined notes of juniper, vanilla, lemon verbena, and carefully selected botanicals.
