Bardstown Bourbon Co. continues to push boundaries of flavor through global collaboration. This second partnership with Ferrand see Kentucky straight whiskey finished 15 months in Maison Ferrand Cognac barrels, merging American character with French refinement. The result is a layered, limited edition release that reflects the craftsmanship and creativity at the heart of both houses.
Decadent black cherry, toasted oak, vanilla cream, and rye spice lead to a palate of baked apple, pecan and raisin. The full-bodied flavor continues through the finish, creating a balance of rich bourbon and premium cognac, with a kiss of mint.
