14 Hands Chardonnay

14 Hands Chardonnay

___

Chardonnay grapes were pressed, inoculated with yeast, then fermented predominantly in stainless steel to preserve their intense fruit characters. A small amount of juice was held back and fermented and aged in oak barrels, to add complexity to the finished wine.

Chardonnay from Washington state is known for its wonderful fruit forward flavor profiles. This wine is no exception. Bursting with flavors and aromas of melon, apple and pear, it also reveals slight floral notes in the background. Bright, crisp acidity makes this Chardonnay a perfect accompaniment to food.
